User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring all activities conducted through their accounts are lawful and comply with Malaysian laws. Any misuse of the platform including fraud, hacking, or attempts to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from using the 1988rich platform for illegal purposes, including money laundering, identity fraud, or any activities that violate Malaysian law. Breaching these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or closure of the account.

Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on 1988rich are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may deposit using supported local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, and direct bank transfers from registered Malaysian financial institutions.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen. For withdrawals, users must use a bank account registered under the same name as their platform account. 1988rich reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet information submitted is accurate. 1988rich will not be liable for delays or transaction failures caused by incorrect information or third parties. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days from the transaction date.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy
1988rich reserves the right to temporarily suspend user accounts for investigation if suspicious activity is detected, including fraud attempts, false information usage, or terms violations. During suspension, all account functions including deposits and withdrawals will be paused.
Accounts may be permanently closed if fraud, serious terms violations, or user requests are verified. Users whose accounts are closed for violations are not entitled to claim balances associated with fraudulent activities. Legitimate balances will be refunded according to prescribed procedures.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. All valid balances will be refunded via the registered payment method after basic security verification. Processing times depend on the payment method used.
1988rich is not liable for any indirect losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from use or inability to use the platform. The platform’s liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user during the relevant period only.
Intellectual Property and Platform Content
All content on the 1988rich platform, including logos, brand names, interface designs, graphics, text, and software, is the exclusive property of 1988rich and protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any content without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use may lead to legal action. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal purposes only, which may be revoked at 1988rich’s sole discretion at any time.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Laws
